Administrator access
Installing, activating, and configuring Aurora requires the manage_options capability.
Beyond those version floors, Aurora needs the same baseline every modern wp-admin screen needs: JavaScript and cookies enabled in the browser, and normal REST API/AJAX access to your own site (no security plugin or firewall rule blocking /wp-json/aurora-admin/v1/* for logged-in administrators).
